How HIKAYATNA handles your details when you order. The shop runs on mini-store, a service by Problexa.
What we ask for
Your name and phone, your area and address (or map location, if you set one), notes, gift details and any photos you attach. You don't need an account.
Why
Only to prepare your order, deliver it and contact you about it. If the shop has a loyalty card, your phone number is used to count your stamps.
Who sees it
The shop's owner and staff. The order is saved on the shop's dashboard, and you send it on WhatsApp yourself. Problexa and the companies that run the service (hosting, storage, the Google map) handle the data only to make the shop work. We don't sell it.
On your device
Your browser keeps your cart so it's there when you come back. There are no advertising cookies.
